Beijing's principal and largest Buddhist Temple - Lama Temple


The Lama Forehead is the biggest temple of China. Initially recognized as a structure for a royal prince of the Qing empire, it was transformed into a Lama temple in 1744. It is the best known Tibetan Buddhist temple in Chinese suppliers, China Tours that is, if you don't consist of Tibet itself in Chinese suppliers. It homes three brown sculptures of the Buddhas of the Three Ages: the sculpture of the Sakyamuni is in the middle, the sculpture of Kasyapa Matanga on the right and the Maitreya Buddha on the remaining. Along the edges of the hall, there are sculptures of the 18 Arhats.
After the Area of Balance and Serenity, you will reach the Area of Long term Security. It was the property Private China Travel of Emperor Yongzheng when he was a royal prince, and later became his last relaxing position as his coffin was placed here after his loss of life. These days, there is a sculpture of Bhaisajya-guru status in the hall.
